1. Introduction

Welcome to vbx8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and vbx8 ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the vbx8 website at vbx8.bio and all associated services, games, features and promotions offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on vbx8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. vbx8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and must keep your account details current and up to date at all times.
• You must not have previously had an account on vbx8 that was suspended, terminated or closed by the Company for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

vbx8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the player relationship, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on vbx8. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address, constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate balances held within them.

Your Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password.
• You must not share your password with any other person. vbx8 will never ask you for your password via SMS, live chat, email or any other channel.
• Any activity carried out on the Platform while logged in to your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vbx8 support immediately. We will suspend your account while the matter is investigated.

Account Verification (KYC)

vbx8 may request identity verification documents at any stage in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals above a specified threshold may be held pending verification. vbx8 will process KYC submissions promptly and will communicate the outcome to you by the contact details registered on your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vbx8 supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladesh bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by vbx8, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not in the name of the registered vbx8 player) are prohibited. Any such deposit detected may be reversed and the associated winnings forfeited.
• vbx8 does not charge any fees on deposits made via local Bangladesh payment methods. Processing times are determined by the payment provider; bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited instantly.
• vbx8 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit where fraud or money laundering is suspected. A deposit may be held pending such verification.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a fraud-prevention measure.
• vbx8 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• vbx8 does not charge withdrawal fees on local Bangladesh payment methods. International card withdrawals may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by the card provider.
• vbx8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where the account is under KYC review, where suspicious activity has been flagged, or where the applicable wagering requirement on a bonus has not been satisfied.

Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in their jurisdiction. vbx8 does not deduct tax at source and does not provide tax advice. Players in Bangladesh should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vbx8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise in its individual terms.

• Each bonus is available to eligible players only once per promotion, unless the promotion's individual terms state otherwise. Duplicate accounts cannot claim the same bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Meeting wagering requirements is the Player's sole responsibility.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses not used or bonus wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• vbx8 may withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion or bonus at any time at its sole discretion. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun participating, vbx8 will handle any resulting player claims on a fair and reasonable basis.
• vbx8 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play between multiple accounts.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the terms of the individual promotion. Any winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the vbx8 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers. Individual game rules are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

• All outcomes in RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) are determined by certified random number generators that produce statistically random and unpredictable results. vbx8 has no ability to influence game outcomes.
• Live casino games (such as those provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are governed by the rules of the specific game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, vbx8 will resolve any bet disputes in accordance with the game provider's official dispute resolution policy.
• Sports betting markets (including cricket, football and kabaddi) are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant sporting authority. vbx8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned or declared void by the relevant sporting authority.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or system failure that affects the outcome of a game session, vbx8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vbx8 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination of all pending withdrawals and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity. vbx8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share hole cards in poker or otherwise manipulate the results of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discoverable error are not payable and will be confiscated.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Registering an account as a minor (under 21 years of age) or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account. vbx8 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will co-operate fully with relevant authorities in any investigation.

vbx8 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to freeze account balances during such investigation. The outcome of any investigation is at the sole discretion of vbx8 and shall be final and binding.

8. Responsible Gaming

vbx8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity for the vast majority of players, and we recognise our obligation to provide tools and information that help players maintain control of their gambling activity.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) — players may set limits from their account dashboard at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — players may set automatic reminders that notify them of the total time spent playing within a single session.
• Time-out feature — players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days). During a time-out, the player's account will remain accessible for viewing balance and history but no betting will be permitted.
• Self-exclusion — players who feel they need a longer or permanent break may request self-exclusion by contacting vbx8 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded player may not be re-activated within the exclusion period under any circumstances.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

vbx8 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vbx8 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all personal and financial data transmitted via the Platform.

vbx8 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required to operate the Platform lawfully and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vbx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, even if vbx8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vbx8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vbx8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vbx8 will notify registered players by email or by an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or by a regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting vbx8 support.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and vbx8 shall first be submitted to vbx8's internal complaints procedure. Players may initiate a formal complaint by contacting vbx8 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. vbx8 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
